Sammy is finally feeling better! Looks like his new dose of medication has kicked in.
We can tell because he is pestering us for food nonstop.
He wants to eat every 2 hours or so, day and night. If we don’t answer to his demands, he clears tabletops and makes confetti. I think I’ve mentioned this before.
Also, yesterday morning, we woke up to find that he had pulled a toy out of his toy bin.
He hasn’t done that in ages.
Yes, he has a toy bin.
Or, you might call it a toy jug. Whatever you want to call it, it’s filled with toys for Sammy.
Most of them squeak or rattle – that’s just the way Sammy likes to roll.
I decided to clean out the bin/jug yesterday and get rid of any of the totally disgusting toys.
Sammy used to chew some of them until the stuffing started to come out. Those had to go.
He has quite a few toys.
Some people actually think he’s a little spoiled.
The brown mouse on the far right is my…I mean Sammy’s favorite. When you…I mean he touches it, it makes a very real mouse-like squeak.
I tried it out for him, he feigned disinterest.
(Look at his little shaved belly!)
But anyway, Sammy is feeling better. He’s a monster again.
And, that’s a very good thing.
